Everything was clean, the rooms are relatively large with a desk, security box, and fit two twin beds comfortably. The bed was about medium firmness and not springy. All the hotel staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was pretty standard, but well executed. "Our room has a moldy smell. It was at the top floor. The building and its infrastructure is pretty old so expect some noise from outside and pipes. The location was good and staff was very helpful. Nice place for a short stay at the center."

"Great for the price, nice central location and very close to the Santa Lucia metro station so you can get pretty much anywhere very easily. Quite a small room, with either two single beds or a double, plus a roller pull-out bed and another single bed in quite a confined space. Better for 3 people rather than 4. The room gets serviced every weekday and they replace towels etc. The wifi was good, the signal dropped at one point but the manager fixed it asap. The front desk staff do not speak any...

I thought it was a motel when I went looking for it was very difficult to find instructions on getting in was hard when I got there there was no parking I had to park in the garage $21. No shampoo just didn’t feel like it was ready for people to stay. The apartment was nice, but I wasn’t happy with the situation."
