"Definitivamente es barato, pero no porque sea barato debe ser asi. No es nada en contra del señor David o su familia. Si son amables, pero llegue a las 2, incluso acorde la llegada y aun asi llegue y el lugar no estaba listo, entras por callejones que no se ven muy seguros, no esta bien señalizado el lugar, además de que no hay regadera, es bañarse a jicara con agua fria. No tuvieron la habitación lista hasta casi las 4 pm. La habitación es muy rústica, techo de lamina, huecos por donde se meten...

"We stayed in the deluxe double and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, including in setting up our transportation. We had no issues getting to and from the hotel. It is a bit isolated (in a good way) so we were able to relax with good views, and had some of the best food we had during our trip. Prices were reasonable for what you get. I was a little worried I would be cold at night, but the room was super comfortable and there were no issues...

"Really like this hotel. Beautiful view, off the beaten path a bit but still a not too far tuk tuk ride to town. More laid back than the fancier hotel next door but you can still eat there. Loved that breakfast and kayaks were included. Staff was really nice. Good value too. Staying here was like the best of both worlds with the convenience of staying in Panajachel but views being on the lake, especially if you only have a couple nights at the lake. "
