Sergio was very helpful with places to go visit, dinner or just downtown in general he also recommended a taxi guy to move around who was very professional and friendly. Sergio was available for any questions via WhatsApp at all times which was awesome. The hotel also provides a private boat tour to el cañón del sumidero which was amazing since its available...

Also loved how staff was very attentive to your needs and made sure we were comfortable. If your thinking of staying here try there horchata iced coffee a MUST, "
