"El hotel no esta tan mal pero en la foto de las habitaciones mostraban un jacuzzi y cuando llegue dicen queno se incluia y si queria jacuzzis coataba mas del doble ñ. Esto no esta bien "

Omar answered all of our questions very patiently and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to visit. It was close enough to walk to the historical center and other attractions. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop patio and felt like this was our home away from home as we explored the region around Queretaro."

"The location is fantastic and the building is very nice. The room is spacious and quite well illuminated. The lobby has a great restaurant and a bread store which is great. Everyone is nice and courteous and we'll oriented. The one thing I would recommend is giving some maintenance to the room floors. The one I had had the floor with some damage and it brings down the rest of the room. "
