Endless dining and shopping options. I wish they had the evening reception on the nights we were there, but it's only on certain nights. I did appreciate the water and fruit available in the lobby! "This hotel was fabulous. The rooms and common areas were clean and fully equipped. The gym, tho small, had everything I needed and I was the only one in it every time I went. The location, at Rittenhouse, was so convenient. But the staff was beyond belief - warm and welcoming, helpful, and highly competent. In particular, we appreciated the presence and service of Maria and Wister at the front desk and the Doorman, Greg. I never want to stay at another hotel in Philly!"

"Great location for downtown Philly. Close to everything. Rooms are fine, but we did have to ask them 3 times times over a 24 hour period to fill up our body wash in the room- we had nothing in there. They did eventually do it after another call. Front desk staff was super friendly. A lot of nonsense goes on right outside the hotel, but nothing that made me feel unsafe. Beds slept well and even on a Saturday night it wasn't too loud in our room."
