Not to mention San Francisco "crookedest street in the world" is on Lombard Street, the same street as the hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are very cozy but would be more comfortable if the hotel would change its old rug. Overall, I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit San Francisco."

Lots of restaurants and a Walgreens just a few blocks away where I was able to buy everything needed for our breakfasts, as well as other supplies. The hotel was very nice, updated, and clean. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff was wonderful, the check-in was easy, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and they were plenty of pillows. The thermostat worked well, although the fan was kind of loud. The breakfast was exceptional, the pastries were light and fresh and even the eggs were good, which is rare. I would definitely stay here again. I had a conference at the Hilton, which is just across the street, which made it so convenient to be out of the busyness of the conference and in our quiet...
