"Very comfortable stay in a great location downtown. Close to the BART station for the airport and easy walking to Chinatown/Embarcadero and other areas (plus the tram along the front!) Rooms are very spacious, impeccably clean and the bed was just right for us. Highly recommend for a good value stay in the centre. "

"The Taj is a hallmark hotel. So glad I tried it again. Staff was incredible. The room size fab. Built ins very functional. Loved the pastries in the morning. The only thing keeping it from 4.5 to 5 stars is that my deluxe king was supppsed to have a window sear and it did not. Usually I know the hotels better so would have caught it at check-in (they may have downgraded me as the room als seemed smaller than the deluxe king as it was close to the fire exit. Next time I will call it out at...
