Clean and comfortable with a wonderful shower and bathroom, delicious smelling shampoo/conditioners, very comfortable bed, friendly staff and convenient parking garage next door for secure parking. I stayed for a mini vacation away from the family to attend the Phantom of the Opera at the Saenger Theatre, and my stay at the Sheraton was a bonus, such a relaxing trip to recharge. It's just a block away from Bourbon St and none of the noise comes through. The hotel is in great condition from room to public spaces. Staff is friendly."
