Room was very nice. Our grandson didn’t want to leave the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk people were very nice. Close to MAPS museum and Hartville market.

Gwen at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming.

I was able to rest and relax!!! Very quiet and the staff was very accommodating!

Went there for a wedding and they were incredibly accommodating

Good Staff/Clean Rooms We stayed here on Dec 30, 2021 - Dec 31, 2021. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff on check-in and the evening staff were friendly. They offered advice on local restaurants. The location is located close to many restaurants and shopping (Belden Village Mall among many others). It is also convenient to the highway. The breakfast was setup nicely. The food was fresh. There were ample amounts of items to choose from. The breakfast area was kept clean and...

The service was great

Wonderful stay. We were there for a gymnastics meet. We were going to have to leave before breakfast service and the employee who opens breakfast came in early and had it ready before we had to leave. It was an excellent location as well.

5 stars seems to be a quick response but I have stayed at this hotel twice so far and I have never had an issue*. The staff is incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable and well equipped. The facilities and morning breakfast round this hotel out as a pleasant place to rest.

Was just one night but loved the room and the breakfast was outstanding

Absolute great place to stay! My new favorite!!!! Its PERFECT for families especially traveling with kids it was like a small apartment and it had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. Would HIGHLY reccomend

Everything was great until we tried to get out of the parking garage and our ticket wouldn’t work. Fortunately the head of the garage was pulling in when we were having trouble and told the guy on duty to let us out. Coming back from our event that evening we couldn’t get into the garage and are going to dispute the charges with the front desk.

Best hotel ever

I liked the cleanliness, the staff's pleasant and hospitable attitude and generally pleasant atmosphere. I love that my pet was welcomed and this made my trip so much easier. What I did not care for was the obvious dismissive attitude some guests must employ about cleaning up after their own pets. What a sad state of mind when provided with such a comfortable and safe envoronment for myself and my pet.
