"The hotel is well located in downtown Cleveland. Close to everything you need and convenient to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. The restaurant is excellent fresh food creative recipes. The bar staff is super friendly. The rooms are small, but well appointed offering comfortable beds, and appointed bathrooms. I recommend."

"I believe one of their names was Trinity but we arrived friday 4/3 around 3pm and both desk agents working at that time were amazing and went above and beyond. My wife and i were in town for the home opener and really enjoyed our stay. Everything in that building was perfect and i dont think ill be staying anywhere else in Cleveland anymore!"

"This is a superb place to stay if you are going anywhere in downtown Cleveland. Parking is across the street and there is an underground tunnel that connects. We had a corner room and had tremendous views of the lake and the city with windows on both sides. It felt like a penthouse. Worth it!"

"But this hotel was a baseball Lover's Dream. It is barely on the same back as Progressive Field. With a parking lot attached to the hotel for safe keeping. The room was beautifully designed enough for four people easy. But the true best part is it is a 5-minute walk directly to the stadium. And it was cold the day we were there so a warm hotel lobby was welcoming."
