"Breakfast was included with our room and was exceptional. SO quiet in our room, nice little view of Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland. Loved the old Cleveland drawing on the big wall. High quality fixtures. Only suggestion is to dust behind furniture. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. "

"This is a superb place to stay if you are going anywhere in downtown Cleveland. Parking is across the street and there is an underground tunnel that connects. We had a corner room and had tremendous views of the lake and the city with windows on both sides. It felt like a penthouse. Worth it!"

"It was a fantastic visit. The property is in a nice location in the middle of everything we wanted to do, but not so hectic that we struggled to find parking or had to fight traffic to get there. Staff was extremely pleasant and greeted us on every passing. The layout of the rooms was also great. We traveled with an 11 year old who loved the modern shaped pull out sofa."

"Truly a hidden gem, my family and I were pleasantly surprised to find this quaint and comfortable hotel across the street from Lake Erie. A short drive to Downtown Cleveland, less than 10 minutes. The area is beautiful and feels very safe and inviting. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and night life. Our room was very clean and the mattress was amazing.
