"The information says the hotel has air conditioning, when we got there, there was no AC in the rooms only in communal areas, when I tried a refund as I had been Miss sold I was told it was not refundable. It was over 30 degrees that day so not much sleep - I never would have booked if I knew there was no AC in the rooms only!"

"We arrived late and the front desk staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed before retiring to our room. Parking is on site, just across the road. The breakfast was delicious with several hot and cold food options. "
