"Don't be fooled by the stairs to the first floor entrance which aren't the best. The small lobby and the rooms are spotless. Great communications on WhatsApp from staff for a small issue and it was rectified super quick. Close to Naples central and metro not far away to get everywhere you need to."

Surroundings not so much. The room is spaceous and so is the bathroom. Very clean. Amazing towels. Cleaning every day. But the bed mattress was awful. We did not get any sleep in it. Big ditch in the middle. The breakfast was organized by the nearby Café (pastry and Juice. The host was nice and helpful. "
