"We only stayed for a couple of nights but we had a great stay. The team is really friendly. The room has everything you need and the bathroom on top of being fun, has a really good aeration system. The bed is god, big, and probably a little too soft for my taste. The location is good, about 10min walking from One Nimman and Maya malls. There is also everything you need within 5min walking around the hotel (laundry, 711, etc…)"

"This hotel is amazing. The room was huge, had a great pool and the staff were alll so kind. The hotel has a great coffee shop and separate sitting area. The area has a lot of food carts nearby but lacks some of the bigger shopping spots. Lastly the hotel didn’t have breakfast available when we were there but that didn’t make us love it any less. Amazing spot, highly recommend "

"My sister and I had visited this hotel two years ago and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, so we decided to go back but what a difference two years makes!! We also encouraged a friend to join us. We asked for the use of a night safe....which they advertised only to find that we had to put our valuables in an envelope in their office safe. The manager was most put out when we asked to see the envelope put in the safe. We asked for the use of an iron. After being told no and at our insistence...

"Staff was amazing. Hotel is not a 5 star accommodation but a mid level hotel that serves as a great base to explore the city from. Things to know? Mattresses are firm. Secure parking in the back. Short distances between Nimman and old city ares. "

"I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs. The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand. The neighborhood was a little outside the city,...
