Rooms are a good size and well equipped with slippers, towels, toiletries, bottled water, tea and coffee, an electric kettle, fridge, etc. Tea, coffee and other beverages are also available in the lobby next to the comfortable lounge area which overlooks a beautiful garden. "The location was excellent just a short walk to Moto-Hakone and nearby restaurants. The walk back uphill is definitely doable, but I’d recommend taking a taxi, especially after a long day out. The home itself is tucked away in the mountains, offering a peaceful and private setting. It was beautifully designed and comfortably accommodated our family of six.
