"We had a hectic arrival from Haneda and late check-in at the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised by not only the location of the hotel but by the property itself. What a cool and comfortable place for me and my family to spend a few nights! It’s close to many restaurants and stores but being so close to the Nakano Sun Mall and station was really convenient. We will miss this property!"

"シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープの歯ブラシ、バスタオルとパジャマも揃っていて、部屋もキレイで良かった。ただ、到着時にエントランスの鍵が壊れていてため、チェックイン後にエントランスを通る鍵番号が使えず部屋になかなか入れなかった事が残念。ホテルに電話するも、無人のエントランスで鳴り響いてた。"
