"All the staff were 10/10 excellent. Facilities were great and the on property laundry area was a pleasant surprise! Everything was super convenient. And the location is perfect. Easy to get on any of the main transit lines and a short walk to Akihabara as well as some decent shopping in the Ueno area. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed in the Pokemon room and our kids absolutely loved it. The giant Snorlax plushie was the highlight but the kids also enjoyed all the decals on the wall. The themed bags gifted to us at check in were very nice too.
All staff were super friendly, the room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Super convenient location close to Ueno station. Would definitely stay here again."
