"Lovely big room with everything we needed. We did have a step into the bathroom which customers need to be aware of. Bathroom was super clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to check in early and our bags were kept safely although our room was ready for us soon after our arrival. Breakfast was great value for money. Tea and coffee was served at the table with continental or full English options available. Had a drink outside on the street side terrace in the sunshine before...

"We stayed for a week. It was a good option for the price. Stayed on the ground floor and could hear what sounded like a herd of elephants above us for hours on end (it turned out to be human children) The floors are obviously very thin and not soundproof. Breakfast was great. Grounds were lovely. And the Heathley Arms Pub across the car park was wonderful for lunch and dinner options. "

"Please put tissue box in Room. And also Handwash in Washroom. Rest All was great and Awesome. Parking is free after 6pm infront of It till 7:30am. "
