We felt very well taken care of. The Palatina staff made reservations for us at excellent restaurants and were very helpful arranging taxis. We walked to Mirador de San Nicolá in the evening where you can see Alhambra at a distance and take pictures. The next day we visited Alhambra (reserved tickets 5 weeks ahead). "The Granada Cathedral is right in front of the accommodation, and there are plenty of restaurants (especially seafood ones!) and shopping centers nearby, making it so much fun to explore. Major sites like the Alhambra and Albaicín are all within walking distance, even for catching the minibus. The staff kept in touch throughout the process, making check-in a breeze, and I received my deposit back immediately after the trip.
