The hotel is only a short walk to & from the uber boat pier. Due to engineering works on the underground the closest tube station was Battersea power station. "I was denied entry because I did not bring my passport. I contacted Bob as I have a screenshotof my passport but he said he wants the physical passport. I left and joined my reunion with my friends from US. Then boarded my train late at night to go home. And then I received a message Bob sent a link. Too late. I was claiming a refund, it was already 2 days I havent heard from him nor hotels.com who said they will sort it out. Still waiting."
