"We stayed at the hotel for one week and were overall very pleased with our stay. The location is nice with free shuttle buses to both Playa del Inglès and Maspalomas beach. Clean and quiet rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Tatiana. We will definately return. "

"The hotel is not huge but beautiful and well located near the beach (5-7 min walk). The staff was incredible. They explained everything and provided advice when needed. The restaurant was great and the facilities were very clean. Highly recommend!"

"Very good hotel. Very clean. Didn't feel too busy (even though it was full). There staff were amazing, not one person doesn't go out of there way to help or day hello. Food was fairly good for a buffet. Zhu restaurant is a must. There are better Riu hotels close by, but Papayas was still great. "
