Great communications on WhatsApp from staff for a small issue and it was rectified super quick. Close to Naples central and metro not far away to get everywhere you need to."

"The room has a modern touch. The tub/shower/jacuzzi was great. We enjoyed the balcony over looking the busy street sounds. Closing the doors, you could not hear a thing! Easy instructions to get in. Very well equipped with coffee, biscuits and water. It’s within walking distance to the Nativity street that you do not want to miss. "

Gabriele was very helpful once we started communicating through the app. The B&B is in an older building but the space is very clean, the owner is very friendly and made a great breakfast. "There are a few popular coffee and sandwich shops within the same block. We felt very safe with the concierge in the building, small businesses and residents also in the building. Double glass windows and glass doors really blocked outside noise, but it’s in the city so you can’t control cars honking, etc. You also can’t control litter on the sidewalks either surrounding the building. "We stayed in the suites at the property which isnt in the hotel proper but in the building attached. The rooms were great, the beds were a mix of comfy and stiff. During the day the businesses open in the street all around it, but they leave their trash all over the place, but after walking through Naples thats just how it is all over. Would stay again."
