It may be a little hard to find but the hotel gave excellent directions to the small elevator off of Via Toledo, a pedestrian only street, to access the hotel. Once the elevators doors open you will access a chic hotel with superior service, lovely rooms with good soundproofing given all of the activity on the streets just outside. "Wonderful property! Conveniently located near Via Toledo which is a main connector for dining options and shopping. Our room was spacious with high ceiling and comfortable beds. WE travelled with our 12 year old daughter and this was her first international experience- and she loved it! The staff are amazing. The breakfast was incredible.
