"Stayed on the 4th floor during a business trip. It was quiet and clean. WiFi worked well. There was an elevator for convenience. Safe neighborhood with a Starbucks on the same street. "

"Love Fiesta Americana Toreo....the hotel was spotless, room was perfect, swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. This hotel is attatched to a massive mall with great restaurants and a bakery in the mall at Selecto Chedraui, a supermarket on the lower floor. Had the best warm donuts every morning at 7am as well as an amazing tres leches cake for like $15 us. cant wait to come back next year"

Some small details need attention, like a blinking light from the TV furniture, not working telephone handset (only the speakerphone). Terrace was closed. "Excellent place to stay. Spacious rooms and excellent staff. There were 2 front desk gentlemen, curiosly named both Reynier, that made the stay feel like if we were at home. Definitely the location is the best to enjoy a quiet and nice vacation "

"We had an incredible stay. The space had everything we needed and we loved having a beautiful outdoor space to relax in. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we were traveling with our infant. It was invaluable to have laundry and a drinkable water station. The only thing that would have made it better would have been some comfy robes!"

"There is only one smallish elevator shared by the building but this never became an issue. I really liked the rooftop here. They had power outlets to be able to work from the roof, while soaking in a little sun. The laundry access was so helpful, and they had free detergent during my stay. I also felt very safe in this neighborhood. The location was quite good for me, as it was a short walk to the beautiful Lincoln Park and all the restaurants Polanco has to offer. Would easily stay here...
