"The room is recently refreshed in a very old property. The HVAC was good, but not needed in May. Parking was very convenient to downtown Boothbay Harbor. The location is in convenient walking distance to many restaurants and boat cruises.
On our day of departure we took a schooner ride aboard the "Eastwind" that toured the harbor and departed from the same dock that the hotel is on. The extensive lounge opens onto a decks with an expansive view of the entire outer harbor--a great place to watch...
