"The stay was overall okay. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were decent. It works fine for a short stay near the airport. However, one major downside was the shuttle service. We were charged €15 per person, and this was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. This was frustrating and felt misleading."

"Could not get a shuttle ride in the evening, no one would answer the phone. Taxi ride was expensive! It’s a self check in, no one around to help. Room had dirty carpet. "

"Great location for flying out of Frankfurt. Nice, clean efficient rooms. The only knock I have is that their description said they had an airport shuttle which is why I booked there. They don’t anymore so plan on paying for a cab to get from rental car center and to terminal. Factor in another 30 euros for that. "
