"The room smelled, like Cigarettes and it is not smoking."

"The front desk was very polite and helpful. The staff in general were great. The hotel was clean and rooms were in good condition. The area has gone to hell though. Homeless people chilling in the lobby, watching tv on the couches, using the computers. A few showed up in the morning to load up on the free breakfast. One left with 3 Togo boxes filled with food. All about helping but when paying customers can’t use the amenities because they are over run with homeless guest it’s a problem. "

"This location is overall a wonderful experience! The staff will get you what you need with out even needing to ask. I’m inly dissatisfied with my room, there was hair in the tub and bed so that was disappointing. But everything else was amazing!"
