"Very friendly staff and the restaurant was really good."

"The bathroom was filthy. They changed me to a different room but it was the same. The next day the room had not been cleaned so I asked for some more towels and washcloths. I was told: we don’t have any washcloths. I asked what am I supposed to use. She then looked for some. She brought me two that looked like they were gotten out of the dirty clothes. I would not take them. We had to use hand towels for wash clothes. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. The mattresses were terrible. "

"We showed up around midnight to check into our room. They said that our room is not available, and we'd have to go somewhere else even though we already paid. The night manager said that we would have to call Expedia to get a refund that he could not help us. So, no room, no help, no refund. Totally rude and non helpfull. "

"There were not many staff at the property. There wasn't an elevator at the property so you have to use the stairs. There were dirty towels, the tub was stained, no trash can liner in the trash can and there was inappropriate activities that was going on at the property. The bed, however, was comfortable in a way.
