"The people who work here are what shines here. They are so kind and helpful. I called down because i wanted an extra chair for my grandson and they were up in minutes! I couldn’t figure out the bath and they sent someone up immediately to help! I stay in hotels at least 30 times a year and I can tell they take pride in what they do. The room was spotless. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The end result was them me hanging up. I tried calling them back and no one would pick up. I then used my son’s phone and they answered right away and had little to say . The next day my credit card was charged ! I had to call several times for them to remove the charge...
