Unfortunately, the service at the front desk overshadowed the positives. "

"I wouldn’t recommend no one stay there I was tired from get in my room bed linen was dirty room wasn’t properly cleaned it was big bugs flying around in the room I was move from that room too another one where the light fixture by the door didn’t work tv didn’t get all the channel "

"Beautiful rooms with modern amenities, lots of space, and historic touches. It was perfect staying here while my daughter had a wrestling tournament across the street. Very convenient. With the onsite bar and restaurant, it's a nice place to stay for any purpose. "

"Checking in at early morning hours is a joke. They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. Makes you wait outside at 2am until you find the 2nd receipt number only for you to have to call them again on the phone and be told she’s pumping for her “kid” in the NICU and you’re going to have to wait some more. Lady sounded like she was heavily intoxicated and in the clouds somewhere and that’s being nicely said.
