"When checking in, I was helped by Nichole. I'll be honest, she set the tone for my stay at the hotel. Nichole was pleasent, knowledgeable, and most of all she made me feel welcomed. Maybe she's the reason that it didn't bother me that of the two elevators closest to the lobby, there was only one elevator working. The breakfast was good and the staff was also friendly. My room (King bed with balcony) was clean and the hit water was quick in arriving for my showers. I had a question for the cleaning staff and they were extremely accommodating and handled it ASAP. The only reason I gave a 4 Star was because of the elevator. They did have three working elevators on the other side of the lobby, but the one that most new guests use the two closest to the lobby. I had a very positive stay and would stay there again without hesitation."

"A few issues once we checked in but notified the front desk and all issues were corrected first thing the next morning and we were compensated for our issues. Had an amazing ocean view with a balcony (the furniture was a little uncomfortable). It is a great place for a weekend getaway we will definitely be returning."

"Clean room, nice roof top pool and bar. Small gym with basics. Local to tons of food options and stores. Beach is across the street. Towels and beach chairs "

"Time for a makeover at the Hyatt Place Dania Pointe. Rooms are ragged and worn. Breakfast is a joke. Shuttle service lacks punctuality. Just everything about this hotel says stay somewhere else!!!"

"This was a great option for an overnight that included the airport or cruise dock. The shuttle was so helpful. A long stay would be hard if you didn't have a car since there weren't any food places right by it."

"Hotel close to the beach, but the beds are very small, barely fit 2 people. My wife has bug bed bite all over her legs. I read the reviews and someone else also have bug bed bite so look out. Don't Stay here. None of the USB charging are working. The Safe is not working. The Iron is not working. Only one elevator is working. I will never ever come back to this hotel again. They also charged $50 for checking in early."

"For how much this place costs, the inside of the hotel is filthy and extremely dated. Rooms were covered in stains on the walls, headboards, bathroom sinks and vanities and baseboards. The staff at the beach and pool area were nice, friendly and helpful. So surprised at how unclean it was. I would not recommend no matter how big or little your budget is."
