"My toilet seat wasn't fixed and the trash wasn't taken out when housekeeping came by but everything else was ok. I don't complain, really. I usually take out the trash myself. Staff and housekeeping staff are always friendly. Probably just overlooked or backed up with maintenance calls. Cool people. I'll be back."

"The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. There was bad weather in the area, the young man at the desk made sure we knew this and what to do and where to go just in case. This place has an awesome breakfast! Alway nice and clean. "

"We liked everything about your hotel. Pretty special, to be down town, so close to everything. My only complaint, would be getting my luggage from the parking garage to the East Tower. Three elevators, and a Sky Bridge. I should have used Valet parking."

"The hotel advertised an airport shutlle bit on arrival it wasn't running. The staff seemed very unconcerned when questioned about this. A piece of equipment in the exercise room was broken. Not sure how long this had been in that condition. The hotel in general seems a little tired. "

"The chef is rude , doesn’t know the law when it comes to service dogs and needs a different job. Good chicken and waffles doesn’t make up for bad unprofessional behavior. She went out of her way to be a abrasive and needs fired ."
