"If you've ever seen Harlem Nights_this room and experience was a reenactment of the scene where Akeem and Semi request " meager accommodations". There were nicks, holes, cracks and patched spots all over the walls, the sink and tub were rusted and dusty, and the mattress sagged. To add to my annoyance there were two raging lunatics arguing on what had to be bullhorns, since I could hear their every word as if they were right outside my window at 3 AM (I was on the 5th floor!). In fairness, this hotel looked 'modest' in its depiction online. However... "it's a damn shame what they did to that dog.""

"From the beginning the front desk was courteous and very kind. Fast and efficient check in. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. They offered room service which was so helpful after traveling all day. The bed was comfortable. The shower was clean and the water was hot. They even texted me to inquire if I needed anything. An EXCELLENT stay at an Excellent Hotel with Excellent Staff."
