"Room is small, but I was traveling alone and the room had a bed, desk, TV, and bathroom, which is all I needed. The location on the UWS is what really makes it. I'll never look for another hotel in NYC again."

There was a convenient deli around the corner and the ferry boat was a short walk away on the East River. The 96th St.Subway station was close too. The staff were pleasant and the room was nicely appointed. "

"Very clean. Well located on the upper west side. Front desk staff is very hospital and work to make your stay the best it can be. Stayed here twice over a business trip weekend (coming and going). Able to reach all areas of Manhattan via subway nearby, and the park is near as well. Will definitely book again when traveling through NYC."
