"The hotel is beautiful, in a quiet location with lovely views. Everything was beautifully decorated for the winter holidays. My room was spacious, elegant and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I especially enjoyed the welcome cocktail upon arrival. Parking was a challenge, as there were two large weddings happening in the hotel the evening I checked in. I didn’t expect to need to valet park my car, but nearly all of the available parking spaces were reserved for valet parking, and remained so for the weekend. However, the attendants were quick and efficient. Overall a very nice stay; if ever in the area again I would return!"

"This is a nice hotel in a safe neighborhood. The staff was wonderful. I had to call to make a change to my reservation twice, both times I spoke with Tracey who was very helpful and patient. We were checked in by Kara who was very warm and welcoming and the next day I spoke with Brittany who was also wonderful. The room seems clean and our room was very quiet. I used a very nice treadmill in the fitness room. They have a lot of items for purchase snack wise and give free coffee and tea. We live in Ohio but come to Detroit quite often and generally stay downtown but decided to stay outside the city this time and I think we will continue to book this hotel. "
