"Great large hotel, positioned perfectly. It was a little under staffed and you feel tensions around staff and managers. Our room was very comfortable and well worth the money. The breakfast was self service and like going back in time coffee wise. We would stay again"

"What an amazing hotel. Staff friendly and professional too. Delicious food for Dinner and Breakfast. Very handy for a gig across Tuesday Market Place at Alive Corn Exchange King's Lynn. Disabled parking at the front of the hotel which was a huge bonus. The only disappointment was no accessible toilet on the ground floor. My friend struggled to get up a steep step with two heavy fire doors to get through. Not ideal. It's a shame to mention this, as overall we had a great memorable stay at The Duke's Head, but felt it was important to point this out for others who have accessibility concerns. "Our room was large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. It was clean and also had 2 x easy chairs. The ensuite was was also sizeable. With a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. WiFi reception was good. Range of cooked breakfast was good and the food was excellent. Continental breakfast items were also available. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy. We would stay again."

"Charming hotel, helpful staff. Town centre location with parking at the back. Lovely coffee shop (No. 8) opposite and a great burger place (Franco's) a few minutes walk away if you want to eat somewhere else. Hotel's bar well run and stocked."
