"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Adequate standard in an interesting area. Property is a little tired. Staff were very helpful with local recommendations and organizing a taxi to pick us up at the airport. Free afternoon tea and wine with snacks every day was a nice touch, which we enjoyed on the rooftop. This hotel is nestled in the old part of town which looks a little scary but we felt safe walking to attractions and fabulous restaurants close by."

"My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and felt modern. Everything was clean, the rooms are relatively large with a desk, security box, and fit two twin beds comfortably. The bed was about medium firmness and not springy. All the hotel staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was pretty standard, but well executed. "The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. The quality of the breakfast and the restaurant menu is superb and their pisco is to die for. Lastarria is a very pretty and safe area so location couldn’t be better. My only suggestion will be for the TV in the room to be bigger in size since rooms are massive ( at least the type that we booked). Thanks again to...
