"Good location - near tram / bus stops and just across the street from the Fuggerei. There are also a grocery store and plenty of food options nearby. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Be prepared to walk up the stairs, there is no elevator (however, this was not a deterrent for our group) If I stay in Augsburg again, I will stay at the Jakoberhof."

"The hotel is pretty nice. Rooms are big and well equipped. Cleaning is on par with your expectations for at hotel like this. We were two families. Two kids each family. We had connected rooms. Worked really well for us. Communication was sadly a bit poor in the beginning, but after some time the staff solved the issues we had arriving. "

"We can't recommend Hotel am Rathaus enough. Although the rooms are cozy, we had everything we needed. The staff more than anything went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, thank you so much! It was not easy travelling with a baby, and we appreciated the extra care. We also enjoyed the breakfast onsite. It had everything we like and would want to get the day started."

"We staged up for Oktoberfest at this hotel, and it was a solid choice. You are three doors down from the main train station which gives you unlimited access to Munich with food and other options. The room and bathroom were super tiny, but it had all we needed, and we saved hundreds per night over staying in Munich. Shout out to Joy from the cleaning staff who was super helpful!!!"
