"Cercano a central de autobuses y centro de convenciones. Personal muy atento, fácil check in. Estacionamiento tiene pocos lugares, pero se puede uno estacionar enfrente en la calle, como es una calle cerrada, parece seguro. Desayuno incluido es básico pero adecuado. Área no es fail de maniobrar a pie, requiere uno de auto. Satisfecha con mi estancia. "

El problema radica en que el personal administrativo necesita capacitación para entender que están vendiendo una experiencia de esparcimiento y relajación, y no simplemente rentando cuartos. El trato es cortante y muy impersonal…ya te están corriendo para que te vayas y dejes el cuarto… y que no tienes derecho a las amenidades etc en fin la experiencia podría ser mucho mejor con el enfoque correcto… "

"The property in general is very clean. The room I stayed in was very clean however the couch was light color fabric and looked very stained other than that all was good. The public areas such as the gym, pool area, lounge area, pool table and ping pong table and lobby they were all clean and neat. The staff was always friendly and willing to assist when needed. The Internet signal was very poor, not enough signal to watch tv though. "
