The staff is absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Our receptionists were Angela and Huong and they were so helpful with everything from special requests to recommendations on dining and Halong, sapa tours. Highly recommend staying here while in Hanoi!"

The location is perfect just a short stroll to the lake or anywhere in the old quarter. It's such a busy place but you fel away from all the hustle and bustle of the street. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay here again on our next trip. "
