We stayed in a triple room. The bathroom was extremely small for three. Breakfast room was almost too sunny. Everything else was wonderful. Great food, nice beds, good wifi and close to the village.
EXCELLENT stay! We arrived extremely late after a long day sightseeing. We were greeted by an extremely friendly front desk clerk (wish I got his name) who immediately checked us in.
The following morning, we went in search of the Castles dog. We found him doing his job, right in front of the castles entrance! Grounds were lovely, Irish people have to be the absolute kindest people on earth!

We just returned from Ireland and my opinion of this hotel is that the service and staff are as good as it gets. The bar is so nice and we made friends there every night which made it very fun. The rooms are smallish and nothing really special: mattress is great, pillows just okay. The location is perfect and you could walk to great restaurants, pubs & shopping without hearing the noise.
Best hotel we stayed at in Ireland, hands down. Clean, great gym and pool. Delicious breakfast and lovely staff. The room was very cool, nicely designed. They also gave us a take away pack with croissants and fruit for our drive the next morning. Really cute and highly recommend.
We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was wonderful, the rooms modern with all the amenities, and you can’t beat the location in the center of town. We will be back
Very nice hotel. The location in Killarney couldn't be beat. We were able to walk to everything in town and the drive to sights such as Muckross House and the Ring of Kerry were very convenient from here. Our room was delightful - large and clean - and even though the road outside was quite busy, we didn't notice any noise from it. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
This place was exquisite and we plan to return in the future. The staff was very helpful and delightful. The restaurant was outstanding for both breakfast (excellent buffet) and dinner (spectacular). The setting is beautiful and walking distance from Muckross Abby and Muckross House. The walking paths are tranquil and well kept. A beautiful place that we LOVED and highly recommend.
A welcoming and warm staff. Excellent accommodations and most delicious food in the restaurant. Would not hesitate to stay at the beautiful Killeen House when visiting the area again. Highly recommend.
