"Fabulous hotel with wonderful and friendly staff. Special shout to to Nguyen who helped with a flight issue I had. I ended up upgrading to a room on The Level and it was huge with great views across Hue. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and there was both a bath and a shower. The afternoon tea offering was fabulous - free cocktails, wine and canapes every day between 1530 - 1800. The pool was absolutely huge and when I went, I was the only one in it! It also has a really nice Sky Bar. "

Helpful staff who gave good recommendations for restaurants and activities and answered questions even before arrival promptly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is walking distance to restaurants and shops."

"The property was as described. It’s a 5 star resort with large clean rooms, excellent facilities like the pool, gym and Onsen. The breakfast was outstanding and we have an amazing dinner as well. It is 20 mins from the centre of Hue so you will need to take a taxi to get into town and to get to the cultural attractions. "
