"I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is really friendly and attentive. It feels genuine and they are very responsive to your needs. The location is great and it’s extremely safe. You are behind a guarded gate 24/7. I appreciated how easy they made it to check in and out and feeling safe is truly something you value in a country where it can feel uncertain at times. I will definitely return! "
"I always like staying here. Good value. Extra touches. Renovated rooms. Learned today there are rooms without windows! Unexpected. I dont mind. Breakfast included and coffee in lobby. Iguanas in the park"

The attention from the staff was excellent, very friendly and very attentive, I will give my special thanks to the captain in the restaurant, Darwin his attention was just excellent,
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It’s a renovated hospice and every detail has been attended to. The showers were large and wonderful! The staff is courteous and friendly. Everything is very up to date and the entire property is very clean. The morning buffet is 5 star and so is the adjoining restaurant. Be sure to check out the beautiful chapel in the hotel! Also the hotel is right next door to a National Park with live animals. Definitely would stay again!
Grand Hotel is a stunning property. They took really good care of us, from airport pick-up to giving us milk for my toddler late at night. The receptionists were happy to help us with directions and answer any queries. The Grand Hotel pool is an oasis, it was breathtaking. We stayed here two nights. Breakfast spread was amazing and the food was delicious. We ate one dinner there too, totally worth it! Excellent service, great staff, breathtaking pool, decent-sized rooms, centrally located!
Great quiet clean rooms nice place the only bad side was the restaurants only have sandwich's for dinner, we arrived at 10:30pm after a long day traveling without food (plane) we wanted a room service but wasn't available at that time we arrived hopefully they can rearrange kitchen hours thanks
This place is a hidden gem! An oasis of calm in the middle of a bustling, dirty city. It feels like home. The employees extended such hospitality that we felt like we were staying at a friends house. Highly recommend!
We were on a dream vacation using Guayaquil as a stop over point before heading to the Orient on a tour. My partner mistakenly left his credit cards in a bedside table drawer here. We didn't notice until a week into our vacation. On our tour, which ended in Guayaquil, we painstakingly backtracked our steps. We were close by while on the tour and stopped in to ask if anything had been found. To our amazement, Christin had explained the cards were found and placed in safe keeping. We would have...
Staff member was knowledgeable and attentive-when TV didn't work in our room, we were given a second room just for TV viewing! Now THAT'S accommodation! Stunning interior-piano to play in the lobby-beautiful décor. This was the one hotel where I didn't want to leave, but could have stayed in the lobby/drawing room all day.
Amazing stay. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and feels truly luxurious.
.The location made everything even better. There’s a great market, pharmacy, and excellent restaurants just steps away. It made the whole stay very convenient, and I didn’t need to go anywhere else.
Highly recommend.
This hotel has convenient, free, parking. It is clean and modern. The staff are all professional, friendly, and speak excellent english. The walls are a little thin but guests are pretty quiet. The pool on the 16th floor is open to the outside and wonderfully warm. The restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast but dinner was so-so and pricey. I recommend finding dinner elsewhere. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport in Guayaquil and has a free shuttle, which is very...
It was one of my best choices the staff was very courteous always willing to make you feel comfortable. The room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. I slept like a baby. Definitely I would recommend The Palace hotel to anyone you won't regret it. I stayed two nights when I arrived and when I came back i booked the same hotel two more nights just to spend my last days in Guayaquil. One more thing The palace is located in the center of Guayaquil and the Malecon and the Park of the iguanas is...
