Two NOTES - Uber Quito does NOT know the location of this place and will take you somewhere 40 minutes away, in Quito park instead. And... the entrance of this place is a big steel door that slides open when you get out and push the call button. REVIEW - My son and I were flying out of Quito and needed a place to stay the night before our flight. Unfortunately, we got super sick from something we ate in the Galapagos the day before and could barely function when we arrived at Quito Airport...

We had a wonderful experience in Quito. We were told to watch for pick pockets and shady taxis. Just make sure you get into a yellow taxi with the green rectangular government issued sign on the side. I even left my wallet in a taxi one night and the driver came back and honked his horn until we heard him and went back to get the wallet. Hotel owner said we were lucky to get it back. Exceptional hotel located centrally in Quito! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. The house is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The bedding was top notch, I didn’t want to wake up! But the best part which I will miss throughout the rest of my travels was getting a massage on site each day from Darwin. How nice to have a 90 minute massage after a day of exploring. Don’t skip booking a massage!

LOVED OUR STAY HERE! Very clean, neat, & the staff was absolutely fantastic!! Food was great! Oh the saunas were so so so relaxing. The only reason I checked off the area outside of the property being unsafe is that Ecuador was under marshall law so we did not feel safe outside the hotel. BUT WE FELT TOTALLY SAFE & COMFORTABLE INSIDE!!! Did I mention how friendly the staff were!!!!! Cannot wait to came back!
