Note: We stayed during Cooperstown's off, off season. Review: We were there for a conference at The Otsaga Hotel. We wanted something a little more cost effective. This lovely little hotel is rustic, but clean. We had hot water, heat, and THE ENTIRE PLACE to ourselves. Talk about peaceful! The proprietor was helpful, answered her phone, and this place is only a 14 minute drive to Cooperstown.

I love the Hotel Utica! From the wonderful, exceptional staff to the beautiful lobby, to the wonderful views of the city from the windows. The staff there is so helpful and friendly, everyone takes pride in working there. The lady who cooks the buffet breakfast makes different things every day. And just looking at the beauty of the architecture will amaze you. You could not find artists to create something like this hotel today. For the price, we were expecting much worse but were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and comfortable, and we felt safe. Would recommend.

Given that it was later in the season, I was able to take advantage of a special autumn rate offered by the hotel which included the breakfast buffet, which was great. We found this Inn by Google. Later in the day, tired of driving. Looking for a pretty, inexpensive place to stay. Found it here. Not sure why people would pay 50% more to stay in Cooperstown. Best of all was the free canoes which we used prior to checking out. If I were to come back to this area I would certainly stay more...

For a basic motel, this was as good as you can get.

very charming place. Rustic and fits into the setting well. if you are looking for modern this isn't it. if you are looking for unique, comfortable, and old country home feel, this is it.

We were in town for a wedding. The location was great, room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was DELISH!

Modern, clean hotel in a cute college town. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful.

Very convenient to Glimmerglass and Cooperstown. Very clean and well-kept. On the Main Street, but quiet. A little more expensive than I would have liked, but it is the peak season (July). We would definitely stay here again.
