"The Bodie Motel is a classic, old-timey gem right in the heart of downtown Bridgeport. It has that welcoming, nostalgic charm that makes a stay feel special. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Their warm hospitality really adds to the experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable place with character and a great downtown location, the Bodie Motel is a wonderful choice!"

"A couple points: I smelled a bit too much perfume applied when I first opened the door. The filler in the window holding the exhaust hose of the portable air cooler prevents window from getting fully closed at night. I didn’t find a room heater."

"staff was helpful. We arrived after dark however I did enjoy their own private park. Pretty nice. The room was modest but the bed was comfy . Quiet as well, no trouble. Would have liked more AC plugs around the room."

"Very nice older Hotel with a great history. Clean and quiet room and helpful staff. A special shout-out to Jody who helped me resolve a reservation issue and to the manager, Andrew, who helped me change my room due to a temporary disability. The staff was very accomodating and it is appreciated. I also got to have breakfast at the Inn's restaurant, and the food and service (Jody again) was excellent. I would easily choose to stay at the Bridgeport Inn during future travel in the area. Highly Recommended. CLM"
