The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice. Wir bevorzugen normalerweise kleine Hotels, aber dieses grössere Hotel hat uns trotzdem sehr positiv überrascht. Die Atmosphäre war trotz der vielen Zimmer angenehm.
Das Essen in Buffetform war sehr lecker, stets frisch und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Besonders das Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm.
Die Promenade ist sehr schön, und Playa Blancs ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.

Such an amazing stay. The outdoor area were splendid, swimming pool was huge, rooms were clean, spacious and charming. And mostly the breakfast and dinner were outstanding !
We had a brief one night stay but it was very enjoyable. It is a very large and busy hotel which is not really my thing but all done very well. Would stay again .
The room was perfect.the view was perfect. The cleaning staff were excellent. The restaurant staff and kitchen produced excellent service. Food was excellent.

Very comfortable beach-side hotel close to remarkable sand dunes. Rooms a bit small but adequate and had nice balconies. Service was excellent--friendly front desk, courteous service in restaurant and bar, even if a bit pretentious given how busy the buffet dinners were. Seating at small gourmet "Krystal" restaurant downstairs can be booked at the front desk as an alternative, at no extra cost (not good for children, though.) Special New Year's dinner and celebration, as well as good-bye gift...
