"We had a room with a refrigerator I chose when picking my room The refrigerator was very small compared to most hotel refrigerators"

"To start it was a Beautiful hotel. My first issue I was given the wrong room. The front desk contacted me an hour into my stay stating they wanted to apologize but I was in the wrong room. Then to top that off two different people a woman from Housekeeping opened the door but apologized because she was nit aware someone was in the room. Then a man knocked on my door and was walking in saying he was from housekeeping and my door was open."
