"The hotel was extremely convenient for a CCMF attender. Perfect indoor water park for those rainy days or too hot to remain on the beach days with a pool side bar and snack area. Lobby is on the 3rd floor along with the basic breakfast bar that gets pretty crowded. Pool was in need of cleaning. We stayed for 6 nights and our room was never cleaned, beds never made and we'd have to find a housekeeper or call down for towels. I felt this was very subpar service! "Breakfast was good, nothing major but the basics like juice, coffee, muffins,oatmeal, cereal, yogurts etc. The room was decent. Clean and had everything we needed. Carpets were old and bathroom could use some updates. Bed was comfortable. Ac worked great. Pool was nice. Small but we enjoyed it. The staff seems to be on top of things. family. The kitchen had everything you needed for a few days at the beach. The closeness to the beach was superb! Multiple pools, outdoor games and food onsite was a plus. Parking was good and easy to access the rooms with an elevator on each floor. The service staff were extremely nice and quick to get you what you needed. Free DVD rentals was nice on a rainy afternoon. We would definitely stay here again."
