An extremely long drive ended at the hotel's cobbled stone driveway at midnight, continuously guided politely by Jobin who also welcomed us with a happy smile.More than us,the sigh of relief was on his face. All good but there was a confusion about breakfast. Hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included but when I booked it clearly says breakfast included. Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time. When sending communication to the hotel please mention about breakfast is included. This will help the process. Please clarify why this confusion.
